Very exciting CBC newsclip showing that a specific type of sustained, aerobic exercise improves concentration, behaviour and learning. The great news about this work is that even if your school can't do it, you can do this with your own kids at home -- just have them exercise 20 minutes with you, with the key ingredient being that their heart rate must reach 65-75% of their max.
